These all started as acoustic projects that I’ve been trying to develop for a compilation I’m working on for a while now. They ended up being quite different from what I had in mind, but I’m happy with the result.

23 themed hard copies were made and will be spread around. Some of the tracks have been featured on various short films and Dark Water has been released in a mix with one of wolfydolf‘s own tracks on a dutch compilation DVD from the One Minute Olympics as the soundtrack of a high quality version of the short film Mono, which will be showcased at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing and in selected workshops in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Just the other day, wolfydolf sent me a 36 second bass sample of what he made as a sequel to Balada lui Sir John, which is yet to be made public as it is too good and may blow your mind 😛 . After strumming along, I thought ‘why not have a jam session?’, and so we did the following day.
This is what came out, after another 2 different sketchy songs were ‘recorded’:
